I Need to execute the file zendid saw to browser.
The archive is in the /home/login/public_html/zend folder
I do not obtain this, says that the user does not have permission.
Already I placed the archive and the folder (777) as nobody and as using of the folder, but it does not function.

Which user must be the owner of this archive?
    Some Help?

You will need to change the ownership of the folder zend from nobody to user:user. You can use the below mentioned command to change the ownership:

    chown -R user:user /home/login/public_html/zend
