    Hey,

After recently upgrading Apache/Config Server/PHP - i've noticed a lot of permissions have gone funny. now, when customers try installing things via Fantastico, the install fails cause it doesn't have permission to do this. I don't know what has caused the problem, anyone any quick fixes?
