Permissions for resseler

Hi Team!
We have 2 resellers. For example: reseller1, reseller2. All resellers have same rights.

cat /var/cpanel/resellers
reseller1:all
reseller2:all

But I can see one problem wich can not understend how to fix. If select for user "reseller1":
When User go to cPanel => And open menu Software - there no Icons at Installatron Applications Installer. I try use different Themes and see that problem not with Theme. I think problem with permissions.


When I select for user "reseller2". It's all OK.


Please advice!!!

Hey there! cPanel doesn't provide the Installatron software, as that is created and distributed by a third party. It might be best to contact their support team directly to see if they can recommend any changes to the installation of that package so it works properly for all users.

It might also be a good idea to check the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there are any details there about the missing icon, as that is the most likely place for that information to be logged.
