Whenever a new domain is created from WHM the .htaccess file is always set to the wrong permission (600) which cause the domain to 403. For some reason last night a new .htaccess was generated for an existing domain causing the 403 error in explorer

Also the folder which holds the users (cant remember the path of top of my head) generates the files at 600 too so that cpanel cant read the information to display it when the user logs into CPanel(the welcome message)

Any ideas? I've been waiting on a solution from nocster and cpanel but no ones sorted it out yet! been 3 days
