    Go on, have a guess
It's supported if it's listed when you go to build apache. IF not, and no-one has already, log an enhancement request in bugzilla.

I just updated it and during the upgrade I got the following error message...

configure: error: Cannot find MySQL header files under /usr/lib64

Everything seems to be running fine.

    Any ideas what it means?

im getting a PEAR error as well, and its causing php to fail. Going to try to recompile again to see if i can figure it out

    [PEAR] Net_UserAgent_Detect- already installed: 2.0.1
pear/PEAR dependency package "pear/Archive_Tar" installed version 1.1 is not the recommended version 1.3.1, but may be compatible, use --force to install

Notice: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/cpapachebuild/buildapache/php-4.4.2/pear/PEAR/Installer.php on line 982
[PEAR] PEAR: Installation failed: invalid package file

Im still having the problem when choosing PEAR as an option, however it compiles fine without PEAR

This particular box has the latest CURRENT release fo cPanel on CentOS release 3.6
