PHP 7.4 options scrambled

Hey there! I don't really see a difference in those two screenshots, except one looks like it has fewer options. I did test this on a CloudLinux machine on my end, and I didn't notice an issue when choosing between PHP 7.4 and 7.3.

If you are consistently able to reproduce the problem you're seeing it might be good to watch the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there is anything there that might be helpful. You're also welcome to open a ticket with our team at any time :D
