Hello,Good morning,
We're currently working on adding PHP 7.4 support to EasyApache4. We expect it to be released within the next few weeks. We initially began work on this in late December and uncovered some unforeseen upstream issues.
Thanks!

Not a good news, the PHP version is one of things that must have the highest priority in a web server panel developments. This wasn't going to make it into the cPanel v86 release. As far as I am aware this is slated for v88 but there should be further communication on that. I'll update here with information as soon as I have more.
And when will cPanel v88 be released? These delays are causing real pain points in our product development. Many of your competitors had 7.4 alpha out half a year ago. This, combined with your recent price spikes, does not look good for the future of cPanel. We have the option to switch to Interworx with our managed hosting provider, and that is becoming the path of least resistance. This wasn't going to make it into the cPanel v86 release.
