SourceGuardian *JUST* launched recently at the beginning of March, I can't see the status but saying "PHP 7.4 fully supported" absolutely does not mean that it's not a beta release, in fact, it's pretty difficult to tell with source guardian due to the nature of their license. None the less there's a case for this to get done ZC-6571

Based on the information on statistics which you can find here: PHP: Statistics - Manual per the phpinfo stats are enabled it looks like you're just not collecting any.

You wouldn't have the package installed so running yum update would be incorrect. You'd want to install it.
I can see it here: http://208.74.123.4/cpanelsync/repos/CentOS/7/EA4/x86_64/ea-php74-php-sourceguardian-11.4.1-1.1.1.cpanel.x86_64.rpm and we've confirmed all the mirrors have it none the less they've done a secondary resync.

I can see it as well when running yum search:

Code:
[[email protected] yum.repos.d]# yum search ea-php74-php-sourceguardian

1. Have you run yum clean all? It's on all the mirrors this is confirmed.
2. I'd assume the updates not occurring are a result of the cache you STILL have in place as I have no issue with this:
Code:
Available Packages
Name        : ea-libcurl
Arch        : x86_64
Version     : 7.70.0
Release     : 1.1.1.cpanel
Size        : 485 k
Repo        : EA4/7/x86_64
Summary : A utility for getting files from remote servers (FTP, HTTP, and others)
URL         : http://curl.haxx.se/
License     : MIT
Description : curl is a client to get documents/files from servers, using any of the
            : supported protocols. The command is designed to work without user
            : interaction or any kind of interactivity.
            :
            : curl offers a busload of useful tricks like proxy support, user
            : authentication, ftp upload, HTTP post, file transfer resume and more.
Code:
[[email protected] yum.repos.d]# yum check-update ea-libcurl
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, universal-hooks
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 * EA4: 70.87.220.252
 * EA4-experimental: 70.87.220.252
 * cpanel-addons-production-feed: 70.87.220.252
 * cpanel-plugins: 70.87.220.252
 * base: mirror.dal10.us.leaseweb.net
 * centosplus: mirrors.radwebhosting.com
 * epel: fedora-epel.mirror.lstn.net
 * extras: mirror.dal.nexril.net
 * updates: www.gtlib.gatech.edu

ea-libcurl.x86_64                                                                                     7.70.0-1.1.1.cpanel
If you run:
Code:
yum clean all

yum search ea-php74-php-sourceguardian

yum update
And this is not completed I would assume that you have some form of caching present that is preventing your ability to view the content. The mirrors are updated, I've confirmed with a server unrelated to our network the content is present.
