I noticed that every time rkhunter is executed via the cronjob, it generates the following error:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/eaccelerator.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/eaccelerator.so: undefined symbol: core_globals_id in Unknown on line 0

Any ideas what is this about?

    PS:
php is running fine and does not generate this error or any other error when executed via the shell or from apache. (php version is 5.2.8)

    Does usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/eaccelerator.so exist?

From shell does it show eaccelerator when executing php -m

Yes it does exist, the error also indicates that the file is found but its unable to load it because of undefined symbols.

weird.. could be a memory problem...
