    Hello there
I have a problem with a php authentication, all things, user and password are OK, but the autentication fails again and again, even if change the user & pass it doesn't work. I already allowed the dangerous php funcionts, like passtrough, suexec, shell, exec, system, etc.. Also disabled the mod_security module and disabled apf firewall.. and it doesn't work.

Any idea about the error ? Maybe a php module ? How do I recompile php with "x" module?

    thkz!

You'd have to elaborate here somewhat as there are probably about as many ways of trying to authenticate through PHP as there are days in the week.

    - Where is the user data coming from? A form, a 401 authentication box?
    - How does the authentication process work?

There are many factors to consider here, so some more detail would really help.
