    Hello,

To all whom may read my post, i am wanting to create an automated php script for my public members so they may create there own email accounts. I was going to use my own personal Mail server but i wouldnt have the cPanel spam security stuff and features etc. So i decided to use cPanel's Custom mail server just 1 problem, i failed to write a working PHP script to add account's. What i need is a PHP [can be CURL based] script that will check if the address exists or not and if it dosent add it with the password. I know this question has been asked as i sawy it eariler on a few month back but the posts have been removed or trimed.

    All help is greatly appricated!

    Regards,
    E9N_Michio :p

I recently made a script of this and works good. its put into a database and if the username is already in use then it says exactly that and if the person already has an account the script knows from the ip in the database and displays that they already registered a email account

I'm not saying make it Open Source, but release it to the public under GPL if you must.

I've created one without the SQL features that I'll give away, are you interested? It's just a basic add script without any security or login. PM me if so and I'll provide a link.

This type of script has been requested numerous times in these forums over the last couple of weeks. You would be doing a lot of people a favor if you simply posted it.

hey, fwwebs, why did you delete your post:

A very basic SQL version. Create a MySQL database, update variables in the config.php, use the email_users.sql to create the tables and upload the files to your directory. To access the admin area go to yoursite.tld/directory/admin/index.php and the user name is admin and password is superadmin. The scripts need some securing, but you'll get the general idea.

Was just curious, I kinda got my hopes up...

I discovered a few things I wanted to improve upon. I'll upload it again in a few days. Did you try it?

Allow users to add mail accounts via web page

A very basic SQL version with an administration area. The script needs some securing, I'm sure so use at your own risk.
