I get that when vieing http://xx.xx.35.138/~myusername/phpinfo.php
I've tested a few php files. Odd part is that it happens only to one account on the server but not the other (only 2 on the server total)

    Centos 3.3
    Cpanel 9.9.9 R-14
I've done an Apache Update in WHM using PHP 4.39 and all. Worked fine.

    Any ideas?

You need to add this http://xx.xx.35.138/ to your openbase config...

I have the same problem and have made the same upgrades. I didn't have any problems until upgrading to 9.9.9.Release14.

What is the pathname for the openbase config?

    Thanks.

Go into httpd.conf and make sure your virtual hosts have the proper open_basedir home directory in place (i.e. user738 would have /home/user738 in the first part of it).

Thanks, but everything in httpd.conf looks good for this user. I'm afraid that's not the problem. :(

Just by looking at this, your user "temple" (based on the open_basedir path) is trying to access something in user "outlet"'s (based on the script it's trying to call) directory. Since the open_basedir protection prevents that, the error is valid and open_basedir doesn't seem to be having a problem.
