After upgrading I have some clients using php who are having problems now. A programmer has told me that these are the problems. Anyone know how I can fix on server side?

    Try this:

Build apache in your WHM (Sotware->Update Apache)

Verify only these options are checked:

Raise FD_SETSIZE to 16384 (System Wide)
    Frontpage Module
    Raise HARD_SERVER_LIMIT
    Php Module (Version 4.3.2)

    Bc Math
    Calendar Support
    FTP
    Magic Quotes
    Mysql Module
    Pear
    Sockets
    Track Vars
    Versioning
    Zlib

    Rewrite Module
    SSL Module (Version 2.8.14)
    suEXEC Module

    After, in your OS type:

    /scripts/updatephpconf
    /scripts/phpini

And finally stop and start apache:

    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

Let me know if it solves your problem..
