For some reason, I am unable to execute any queries via PHP's exec(); I'm running WHM 8.9.0 cPanel 8.9.0-R33 ... standard build (a few tweaks here and there).

Is there something I'm missing (Safe mode is off, btw).

The command itself is fine; if I run the query itself directly on the command line, it works fine ... but in the PHP it doesn't even go...

    Go on, have a guess
Do you have the following set?

WHM > Tweak Security > php open_basedir Protection > Enabed?

If so, then that's likely it. You can en/disable it on a domain basis.

open_basedir is not enabled on the server ... so it shouldn't have an effect, correct?
