PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: curl_multi_init()

I started to get this error after doing an apache update.

Yes I checked the curl options.

I had to have cPanel techs fix apache building but now I have this problem.

It all worked before the big apache update.

I think they may be in looking at this probelem also (I see them in ssh) but just incase they are not.... Has anyone else seen this happen?
