PHP homeloader.so wont enable, Php Extensions Applications Package disabled

    PHP homeloader.so wont enable, Php Extensions Applications Package disabled

    Running PHP Version 5.4.9, Apache 2.2.23 CentOS 5.8 (64bit) WHM 11.34.1 (build 5)

    /usr/local/lib/php, php4 removed

    I keep trying to enable the PHP Extensions and Applications Package Magic User Loader, but after running the following, it is always disabled:
