Suddenly a client is having php include problems since last night.

Warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/user/public_html/inc/panel-right.php on line 1

Warning: include(http://www.domain.net/inc/projects.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/user/public_html/inc/panel-right.php on line 1

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'http://www.domain.net/inc/projects.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/user/public_html/inc/panel-right.php on line 1

Same type of errors on 3 domains. I simply upgraded to PHP 5.2.0 last night from 5.1.6, that is all.

What should I do to rectify this? I am unable to trace the cause.

    Someone mentioned this:

You need to enable URL inclusion. It's covered in the PHP update guide, http://www.php.net/UPDATE_5_2.txt

However, I do not see any info about this in php.ini
