php.ini and SSH/Shell Access

    I need to modify php.ini and access to SSH/Shell Access in order to install Cerberus Helpdesk. Is this possible ??

    I have checked where is php.ini located. It is in /usr/local/lib but i'm not sure if i have
    permission to access it.

    And also what do i need to do in order to access SSH/Shell Access ?

    Anyone help

    If you own the server, then yes it is possible.

    If you have a hosting account on someone elses server, you're going to have to contact you hosting provider and ask them.

    In order to make use of SSH/Shell, you need to be using a program such as Putty, or something else like that.
