I am trying to change my php.ini file on a dedicated server. I found it in the root under /usr/lib but the changes are not reflecting. I remember in the past changing this via the cpanel, I think, but I cannot remember where to find it. Could anyone tell me where to find this please?

actually I just found it in the php config editor, but it does not list the post_max_size, any ideas how I can change this value? I have tried editing directly in the php.ini file but it is not sticking
