The subject should have heen php.ini - command to copy to all subdirectories.

I was reading a thread about an hour ago where someone posted a command to copy the php.ini to all subdirectories when turning off safe_mode for 1 account while using phpsuexec, and I lost it. I've been searching for about an hour to find it again and my eyes feel like they're going to bleed because I can't find it.

Would anyone happen to have that command handy or know where it is? I'll give you a cookie. :)
