    Hello,

We have EA4 with cgi running and for a domain running php 5.2. php.ini isn't being processed while this user is running php 5.2. When we change user php to 5.6 for example, php.ini is processed. We need the user on php 5.2 and processed php.ini.

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

PHP 5.2 isn't supported in EasyApache 4. Are you using an application such as PHP Selector with CloudLinux? If so, ensure to review the following document:

    CloudLinux Documentation

    Thank you.

It is supported and available as a rpm package for multiphp option. Never the less, speaking with cpanel+cloudlinux support this is a bug that cloudlinux developers need to fix and it's in an open ticket with them.

It's available as part of the PHP Selector option in CloudLinux, but not directly from cPanel. Feel free to post the case number here and we will update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
