None of my php webforms will send email, and it turns out it's because of a The account or domain may not exist error.

The strange thing is, the exim log shows the email is being sent by ddaddy@myserver. myserver is the hostname of the server and ddaddy is the username of the hosting account.

How should I correct this so that email sent by the user is allowed?

I have fixed this when I came across another issue where I was getting some HELO failures.
My server has always had the hostname myserver instead of a fully qualified domain name.
How this has ever worked is beyond me. Anyway, changing the hostname has fixed both my email problems.
