I have a new account, who was using a Plesk Server, he has a text copy of his database. Was not able to restore it for him. Come to find out it was on a box running MySql 4.1.12 and php 4.3.10. Is there any way to restore this database, and or to upgrade my Cpanel server.?
    Thanks
    SJ

To import your "text" DB into MySQL, I suggest you search MySQL Web site. There is a very good tutorial on that issue. Now, to upgrade MySQL on your cPanel server, login to the WHM and click on Tweak Settings. Follow the instructions on how to upgrade your MySQL to 4.1.x.
