BUT I HAVE A QUESTION:
In my CENTOS 7.9 VPS Server from what folder install:
sudo yum install php-mysqlnd

I have many domains in this VPS, and all-sites are PHP 7.2:
and when switched to PHP 7.4 from 7.2 in my WordPress domain getting:
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

So, for the benefit of all sites should be installed globally, from WHM...?

sudo yum install php-mysqlnd

This is a semi-manage VPS Server LAMP — I have both normal terminal Shell access and web-terminal access…

You can install PHP extensions for PHP versions in WHM -> Software -> EasyApache 4,
click Customize and then select PHP Extensions, select the extensions you want to install, then Review -> Provosion
