php not working :(

    When I try to access some .php file via browser i get "download file" with source code.

    I have this in httpd.conf :
    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php .php4 .php3
    AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

    But there isn't any LoadModule or AddModule directives
    I added:
    LoadModule php4_module libexec/
    AddModule mod_php4.c

    But after "apachectl configtest" I get :
    Invalid command 'LoadModule', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

    I try easyapache with 1,2,6 and Update Apache in WHM but still nothing ...
    I remove /usr/local/apache and recompile apache again but it doesn't event create new ./apache dir

    shell> php file.php is working

    Could you help me ?

    WHM 9.3.0 cPanel 9.3.0-R104
    Fedora - WHM X v3.1.0
