PHP-Nuke MySQL Db problems

    When i try and do a php-nuke in Cpanel, it says i need more mysql db's when i have unlimited. What could be the problem?

    steps

    1) login into the cpanel
    2) create mysql database
    3) create mysql username name
    4) Assign that mysql username to mysql database
    5) use those info to setup your phpnuke
