Recently my server started popping up some errors on php scripts. I dont have phpsuexec running etc... I was running 5.05 and even tried going down to the most recent 4x version. Scripts such as coppermine and a banner exchange when using the config manager and trying to save them I get error as the following:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have everything chmod correctly and still get this, any idea's?
    thanks in advance.

SSH to your server and check the log file at: /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
