php process from user "cpanel" memory usage

3 php process from the user "cpanel" eats up all memory.

The only snapshot I had show me this :

    149 processes: 133 sleeping, 14 running, 1 zombie, 1 stopped
    CPU states: 8.7% user 6.7% system 0.0% nice 0.0% iowait 84.4% idle
    Mem: 1022796k av, 1014316k used, 8480k free, 0k shrd, 2284k buff
    944388k actv, 35396k in_d, 1468k in_c
    Swap: 1052248k av, 1052248k used, 0k free 2780k cached

PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT %CPU %MEM TIME CPU COMMAND

This processes overloaded the server and it ended in a tie-up of the normal daemons.

I limited in the php.ini the resource for a php process, so please help me a little why this process above can consume this amount of memory?
