    Hi,

On a new server I created a FTP user account using Cpanel's FTP Manager and gave it the folder name ~blue.

For some reason, PHP doesn't seem to work inside the user account. I created a header and footer file, and in test file I use PHP include to include those two files. Calling phpinfo() in there also doesn't work.

It gives me this error message:

On my old server PHP works fine for this kind of FTP user accounts.

Any idea how I could get this fixed?

    Thanks.

You will need to check /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log to know the exact reason for page to display 500 error.

    Thanks.

I solved the problem by creating a sub-domain for the user account instead.
