PHP reinstalling

I reinstalled php and after restarting apache get errors:

[Tue Jan 7 03:33:42 2003] [warn] Loaded DSO libexec/libphp4.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)
[Tue Jan 7 03:33:42 2003] [warn] NameVirtualHost 216.180.243.130:80 has no VirtualHosts
[Tue Jan 7 03:33:42 2003] [warn] NameVirtualHost 216.180.250.98:80 has no VirtualHosts

Never mind.
It's my fault
I installed php from tar.gz distributive not from buildapache.sea.
