Someone please help, I have ModernBill and other PHP scripts installed on my cPanel/RHEL Box that all seemed to work fine but now when submitting large pieces of info I get an Internal Server Error and I am not sure why this is. One example is when sending a welcome mail to a customer in ModernBill. It pulls the mail text from a database and fills out all the users details then sends the mail, this used to work but now I get the Internal Server Error Mail. I have requested support numerous times from my server host but they say it's the scripts. It isn't because I get the same in other scripts such a Invision board. I am lost with what to do. Someone please help.

    Sorry!

Ho thanks for the post but I cannot see how this will help my situation with Modernbill. I have installed it, it works fine apart from when doing certain things such as saving email templates that use php/mysql. Please help

Might be mod_security. Try tailing the audit_log. Also easy to disable it in httpd.conf by commenting out "SecFilterEngine" entry. Restart apache and see if that solves it.
