PHP source code is being displayed when website is loadded

Hello,

As the title says, when any php page is opened, instead of executing the php codes the server is sending php source code to the browser. Also in the filemanager, the php files are all having the icons of text files. We checked other accounts in the server, and they are all loading fine. Any idea what the issue is?

I would check the .htaccess file(s) in that account and look for any incorrect AddType or AddHandler directives.
