Re: ERROR LOG - PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library

I would open a support ticket immediately.
cPanel provides complimentary support that will cover troubleshooting this with you.

Make sure an provide as much detail as you possibly can about what as lead to this point. I'd also suggest that you provide your root or wheel access (or ask them to give you an ssh public key) so that they may log into the system; it will greatly speed up the process.

    Hello,

Please check for an empty extension line in /usr/local/lib/php.ini file:

    Code:
    grep ^extension /usr/local/lib/php.ini
If you find any "extension =" line without content after the equal (=) sign, then comment out that line and restart Apache. The error you've indicated is almost always due to an empty extension line in the php.ini file.

Please note that I've moved your thread from Developer Discussions to cPanel and WHM Discussions as this thread would have more to do with that area, since the error is not one to do with our APIs or coding.

    Thanks!

Had this problem as well and the empty extension line was the cause.
    Thanks Tristan.

I am seeing this problem as well. I did remove empty lines in the php.ini and did an easyapache rebuild. Problem still exisits.

Is there another cause for this?

Can you please post the exact error message you are seeing? Please also ensure the account in question doesn't have its own php.ini file under suPHP that is being loaded.

Next, can you please post the output of the following command:

    Code:
    php -v
If there are errors in the /usr/local/lib/php.ini file, they will oftentimes output when checking the PHP version with that command.

Does the account in question have its own php.ini file?

I don't think so. I have not done any php.ini edits or ads in the whm or cpanel for this site.

Nice one! I was getting the same error. Came about when I removed the sushosin extension from the php config in WHM. The fix worked :)
