PHP stops working on new accounts

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry if it's not.

Whenever I make a new account PHP just downloads like it was a HTML page instead of executing on new accounts I make or it works for once then stops after that. All the old accounts work fine but I can't make any new ones 'cause PHP won't work on them. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
