Hello :

Many of my user website infected with PHP.Trojan.Spambot Virus/malware and even after Scan and remove virus again this website infected , How can secure and prevent this issue ?

First you will have chnage your all cpanel and FTP password, You can request your all user to chnage the password through WHM»Account Functions »Force Password Change

Second, Install LMD on your server and scan all user directory. Linux Malware Detect | R-fx Networks

Also I will suggest you install ConfigServer eXploit Scanner (cxs) scanner on your server as CXS is active scanner and scanning the files while uploading the files on the server. ConfigServer eXploit Scanner (cxs)
