    Hello,

My question is simple :D, but I realy need your advice. How to upgrade PHP from 4.3.3 to 4.3.5 with some new modules (for eg. by WHM Apache Update function) without any problems?

I'm a little bit affraid of doing it, because when I did it last time, I lost all of my clients httpd.conf informations etc, so my downtime because of upgrading was 4h

    Regards

You can go straight from 4.3.3 to 4.3.5.
Backup httpd.conf by issuing the following commands:
    cd /usr/local/apache/conf
    cp httpd.conf httpd.conf.beforephp

Then, if something goes terribly wrong, just downgrade php and at the end do this:
    cd /usr/local/apache/conf
    mv httpd.conf.beforephp httpd.conf
