PHP update

    Hi everyone. Could someone please tell me how I can upgrade my PHP. I'm using 5.2.9 now. CENTOS 5.6 i686

    You can upgrade php on your server using the following command :

    /scripts/easyapache

    I guess this would be the command at my root and not in cpanel ?

    Yes, or if you'd like to do it in WHM instead (I do):
    WHM-> Software-> EasyApache (Apache Update)

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Right! cPanel do not have an option to update the php. You can update it from shell or from the WHM by login with the root user only.
