I recently upgrade PHP to 4.4.2 during an APache update, and these hidden files appeared, and are being flagged by rootkit chk. Are these normal or a security concern, can I ignore them?

    /usr/lib/php/.registry
    /usr/lib/php/.registry/.channel.pecl.php.net
    /usr/lib/php/.registry/.channel.__uri
    /usr/lib/php/.channels
    /usr/lib/php/.channels/.alias
