PHP with domain redirect

Hi

I'm looking to design & develop a form in PHP can automatically generate a short link using own domain for that to end user.
So user can enter a link he can get automatically short link to redirect it.

How I can use cpanel redirect function to do that with PHP.

I'm not sure the "Redirect" function available with cPanel will configure the redirects how you intend. You may want to try adding the redirects manually first, to ensure they add how you prefer them to. If they do, the following documents may be useful to you if you are attempting to develop a PHP script using the cPanel API:
