phpBB 2.0.10 Auto Installer problems

    When I go to install these forums on any account, they all come back the same thing, I am not able to install new forums, this happened with 1 of the past updates.

    phpBB 2.0.10 Setup
    We are installing in /home/boog/public_html/test_forums...



    There was a problem with the install!


    Running cPanel 9.9.2-S8
    And trying to install phpBB 2.0.10

    at the command line run the following

    /scripts/upcp --force

    There is an issue just doing a normal update.. Dont know why.. but I know quite a few people have had this issue.. the Force install should fix this.

    This fixed it on half my servers, the other half needed a server reboot to take effect.

    Well you rebooted for nothing, because the reboot wouldnt have done anything but simply restart cpanel.. You probably could have achieved the same results doing

    # service cpanel restart

    I tried that, as well as restarting other services, on some boxes it worked on others it didn't until I rebooted.
