For some reason PHPBB isn't listed in Add-on Scripts in WHM... how do i update it to 2.0.13 so that users can use the upgrade function via cPanel?

What version of WHM/Cpanel are you using? I'm on 10.0.0-R149 and its listed in WHM > Addon Scripts, about 9th from the top.

And you are logging into WHM as root and not a reseller?

I would advise AGAINST usiing phpbb, its bugs have had such a large impact on the internet lately. Its also caused me a few headaches, cause users can open remote shells via the latest admin_styles.php exploit or whatever it is.

    Regards,
    Brent

To answer the actual OP question. The latest version is available in all release tress except STABLE. If you are running STABLE, I'd suggest that you move to the RELEASE tree instead. If you're running anything other than STABLE (and are running the latest version of that release) then you can do the following to force an update:

    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 --updateaddons
