Today an hacker was able to replace index.html on one of my client account.

If you have any client running phpbb forum be sure to follow these instructions

    1) turn off register_globals and allow_url_fopen on php.ini

    OR

    2) delete install.php on your phpbb dir !!

    hope this helps

always delete install.php . think there's one left on ubb and others .. although i think after installation it tells you to delete it and wont allow you to register until you do =-0

this is true only starting from version 2.0.1 . My client installed version 2.0.0 and forgotten to remove install.php .
