    I am having a problem.
Each time, phpBB has to be upgraded via WHM under

    Addon Script Manager

All clients that had MODs or any other modicifcations... everything gets messed up, and stops working and all modifications get overwritten.

Does anyone know what to do about this ??? :)

Upgrade phpBB manually using the patch file download from phpbb.com or don't mod the board. That is really your only two options.

Indeed. The Addon Script Manager in WHM is to use against those users that aren't maintaining their applications, it's a big heavy hammer and simply the way it works is to upgrade the scripts with the latest (in addons) version ;)

    Our guidelines:
    * If you want a base installation that we can update as necessary for you use the Addon Script
    * If you want a base installation that you will have to update as necessary - use Fantastico
    * If you want your own customisation or changes, use the copy from phpbb.com .
