At what IP should phpmanager be installed on a server using WHM?


I have my account with reseller privileges on one IP, but if i setup the phpmanager on this IP it will not be over all the accounts on the server will it?

What do i do?

Hi,

how do you mean &won't be over all the accounts&? Why would phpManager need to be over all the accounts?

You only need to install phpManager on your main domainname/IP.

ok i know what your saying , on our cpanel server we have set it up so that the main sight is under a reseller act w/unlimited permission, this way it is easy to use cpanel for db creation and email acct creation. we installed phpmanager under this acct and the acct creation process doesnt seem to be working as well as package creation. i think we could use a little help w/ this as well. and to be honest (we bought phpmanager on the weekend) so as far as getting any help from phpmanger has been futile, and im not really all that impressed w/ our purcahse so far
