PHPMyAdmin 500 Error

I have two servers that were affected by the Exim exploit. I was able to get them cleaned up but now I am unable to access PHPMyAdmin in WHM. Access through user cPanel works OK, it is just through WHM that gives an error.

The error in the cPanel log is:

[2019-06-15 21:36:49 -0400] info [whostmgrd] Internal Server Error: "GET /cpsess8615745446/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php HTTP/1.1" 500 No response from subprocess (php): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file.

Things I have tried:
Rebooting server
Resetting MySQL root password
Updating WHM with force update checked

Server is running CentOS 7.6 with WHM 80.0.15

Any idea how I can get this fixed?

Are you saying you cleaned the exim root compromise? Or did you migrate to a new environment?
