phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin issues

I'm unable to access phpPgAdmin or phpMyAdmin from cPanel. I get a phpMyAdmin login screen, or phpPgAdmin login screen. Formerly, cPanel used to pass authentication through automatically. This is happening across all our cPanel servers, both FreeBSD and Linux, one server was rebooted 2 days ago and others were rebooted this morning. Do I need to open a ticket for each one, or does someone know a fix to this issue?

phpPgAdmin is no longer working after upgrade to version 11.28.27

Username is empty !

I downgraded to stable version until this issue will be fixed.

Downgrading WHM is undesirable; we have always been told to run the latest version in order to get support. I opened ticket 1013357 for this issue.

Please update cPanel & WHM to version 11.28.28; this was just released and I believe it may help to address certain difficulty regarding phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin.
