PhpMyAdmin Can't Open

Hi,

Under WebHost Manager, under SQL Services menu, doing click on PhpMyAdmin, I get a notice asking if I need to open the index.php or save to disk. The same problem, under cPanel when I try to open webmail.

Can some body help me? thanks

recompile apache with php. Sounds like php is not configured correctly.

I have the same problem, I recompile apache but the problem persists.
I am loging in like root and the page is showed, but when I log in like other user the page doesn't open.

as far as I know only root has access to phpmyadmin - from WHM

Since that would give access to every database
