phpmyadmin displays blank white page

Hello,

I am unable to load phpmyadmin from anywhere. (cpanel or whm)

i have tryed /scripts/upcp --force

i am unable to find an answer.

Turn on "display_errors" in php.ini and see if you receive any error on accessing phpMyAdmin. Try turning "display_errors" ON in

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/phpmyadmin/php.ini
/usr/local/lib/php.ini

Also check the error logs at

tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/updatephpmyadmin --force

If the difficulty persists, please let us know the output of the following commands:

# stat /var/cpanel/usecpphp
# grep '' /etc/*release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype
