    I also have this problem...... Clicking on PhpMyAdmin from WHM results in a red "X" in a small box and it wont load... It works fine from cPanel but not from WHM.

    $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = (!empty($_SERVER['HTTPS']) ? 'https' : 'http') . '://'
    . $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']
    . (!empty($_SERVER['SERVER_PORT']) ? ':' . $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'] : '')
    . '/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/';

    is this line missing from /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/config.inc.php

    i'm having this problem also, only when going into phpmyadmin from whm. IE gives the "broken image" red x, firefox gives "The image “http://nettrics.net:2086/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.".

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log << nothing here
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log looks normal (?):
    Code:
    24.13.175.129 - zznetnet [18/Sep/2005:03:13:45 -0500] "GET /3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "http://nettrics.net:2086/scripts/command" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6"
    and the line linux-image referenced does exist in my config.inc.php

    any ideas? thanks

    I am having the same problem. WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-R55 / CentOS 4.1 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    The problem is that for some reason phpMyAdmin isn't being run, and the cPanel webserver is sending a MIME type of image/gif. That's why we're seeing these red X's and "The image contains errors".

    It's not a PHP problem, either, because the same result happens when browsing the directory:

    https://server_ip:2087/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/

    Produces the same message/error.

    Anyone have an idea? Has this been answered elsewhere?
