When try to go to phpMyAdmin I get this

Error during session start; please check your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Also ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

session_start(): open(SESSION_FILE, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)

session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: )

I know why. I deleted everything to try to start again. and now I only have the home directory.
I deleted everything and only have 3 files in the trash bin as I sent the others packing. So I cant restore it.
Yes I have F^*&&#d it up so please be nice to me.
How do I move forward?

Go to MultiINI or MultiPHP and check what path you have set for sessions and if that exists.

Do you mean that you deleted everything under /home/username on the account? If so, it would be best to just terminate the account completely and start over to ensure all the necessary files for cPanel to function are in place.
